Spavia St. Augustine is hiring FT/PT Inside Sales Person, what we call a Guest Advisor at our independently owned luxury spa--where guests relax, recenter, and renew.

Pay: Hourly base $17-$22 + membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses. Actual pay varies by location, schedule, and results; transparent ranges provided at interview.

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time; must be available for evenings/weekends/holidays

Your Impact

  • Welcome every guest with warmth and polish; tailor recommendations to their goals and occasion.
  • Convert great experiences into memberships: present options, handle objections, and close ethically.
  • Drive retail results: demo products, build simple at-home routines/bundles, and keep the retail floor merchandised.
  • Scheduling: pre-schedule next visits, manage waitlists, and optimize provider utilization with accurate scheduling and POS.
  • Proactive outreach: follow up on leads, trials, freezes/lapses, and post-visit thank-yous via phone/text/email (templates provided).
  • Own the front-of-house flow: lobby/locker room readiness, tidy retail zones, cash handling, and open/close procedures.
  • Partner with service providers and leadership to hit team KPIs (membership conversion, retail per guest, pre-book rate, and guest satisfaction).

What Success Looks Like

  • Membership conversion: ~5-10% of eligible guests join or upgrade.
  • Retail and Gift Card Commission: 5% of retail and gift card sales.
  • Pre-scheduling: Guests pre-schedule before leaving.
  • (We'll train, coach, and role-play--these are team goals, not "sink or swim.")

Essential/Physical Functions

  • Standing for extended periods; frequent walking, bending, reaching.
  • Repetitive keyboard/phone use; accurate POS/cash handling.
  • Lift/carry up to 25 lbs; occasional laundry/stocking.
