Esthetician Spavia St. Augustine is seeking&nbsp;full-time and part-time estheticians at all levels of experience, to join our team!&nbsp;We are an independently owned and operated luxury day spa located in St. Augustine on Anastasia Island.As an independently owned luxury day spa, we are committed to providing a supportive, collaborative environment where both our team and guests can relax, recenter and renew. Esthetician&nbsp;earnings&nbsp;can start from&nbsp;$43&nbsp;to $67&nbsp;per treatment, including gratuity,&nbsp;or equivalent to $40,000-$64,000/ year ( based on 30 hour work week ). Compensation based on experience.&nbsp; Spavia offers a comprehensive range of treatments for our estheticians, including facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, full-body waxing, lash lifts, brow lamination as well as tinting and body treatments. Our guests also enjoy a curated selection of both result-driven clinical ingredients and natural organic skincare products, ensuring a personalized experience for every individual. Maintain a clean, well-stocked treatment room and uphold Spavia's treatment and sanitation standards. Educate guests on at-home skincare, service enhancements, and product recommendations to support their results between visits. Achieve approachable retail and membership goals while being part of a supportive team that values professionalism, growth, and meaningful guest relationships.</li></ul>Job Type: Part or Full-Time positions available.&nbsp;Flexibility is a plus.&nbsp;
